- 1 pound ground chicken
- 1 cup finely chopped cabbage
- 1/2 cup grated carrots
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 package potsticker wrappers
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- In a large bowl, mix the ground chicken, cabbage, carrots, green onions, garlic, soy sauce, and sesame oil until well combined.
- Take a potsticker wrapper and place a small amount of the filling in the center.
- Moisten the edges of the wrapper with water and fold it in half, crimping the edges to seal.
