- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 4 large tortillas
- 1 cup lettuce, shredded
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook until golden brown and fully cooked.
- Remove from heat and shred the chicken. Mix in the mozzarella cheese.
