- 1 pound hashbrowns
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can biscuits
- 1 pound sausage
- 2 cups milk
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, cook the sausage until browned, then set aside.
- In a saucepan, make the gravy by whisking together flour and milk over medium heat until thickened. Add seasonings.
- Layer the hashbrowns in a casserole dish, followed by the cooked sausage, and pour the gravy over the top.
