  • 2 cups chocolate chips
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
  4. Add the eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until incorporated.
  5. Gradually add the flour mixture and stir until combined. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  6. In a separate bowl, beat together cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  7. Using a cookie scoop, place a portion of cookie dough on the baking sheet, flatten it slightly, and add a spoonful of the cheesecake mixture on top. Cover with another portion of cookie dough and seal the edges.
