  • 1 cup rice
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, garlic, and ginger.
  2. Marinate chicken thighs in the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Heat sesame oil in a pot over medium heat and sear the chicken until golden.
  4. Remove chicken and set aside, then add chicken broth to the pot.
  5. Bring the broth to a boil, add rice, and simmer until cooked.
  6. Add chicken back to the pot and simmer until cooked through.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with green onions.
