Breakfast Protein Biscuits

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup turkey bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 1/2 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 egg

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add in the turkey bacon, chicken ham, and cheese; stir to combine.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the egg and milk.
  5. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
  6. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
