Delicious and easy Breakfast Pancake Poppers filled with turkey bacon, perfect for a quick morning treat.

Ingredients

  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 3 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 cup cooked turkey bacon, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, whisk milk, egg, and melted butter.
  3. Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
  4. Fold in chopped turkey bacon.
  5. Heat a skillet over medium heat and pour batter to form small pancakes.
  6. Cook until bubbles form, then flip and cook until golden brown.
  7. Serve warm with syrup.

Notes

  • For a sweeter popper, add chocolate chips or blueberries to the batter.
