  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

  • 2 cups fresh blueberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the melted butter, eggs, and milk.
  4. Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients and fold in the blueberries gently.
  5. Fill the muffin cups about 2/3 full and bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Let cool before serving.

Notes

  • For a sweeter muffin, add more sugar.
  • These muffins can be frozen for up to 3 months.
