- 2 sweet potatoes
- 1 pound chicken breast
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Dice the sweet potatoes and toss them with olive oil, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the sweet potatoes on a baking sheet and roast for 25-30 minutes.
- While the sweet potatoes are roasting, grill or pan-cook the chicken breasts until fully cooked.
