  • 1 pound chicken breast, cubed
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup red onion, sliced
  • 1/4 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1/2 cup corn, cooked
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Thread the chicken cubes onto skewers and brush with BBQ sauce.
  3. Grill the skewers for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally until cooked through.
  4. In a bowl, combine mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, red onion, corn, and sliced avocado.
