Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mash the bananas until smooth.
  3. Add honey, coconut oil, and vanilla extract; mix well.
  4. In another bowl, combine rolled oats, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
  5. Stir the dry ingredients into the banana mixture until combined.

  7. Pour the mixture into a greased baking pan and spread evenly.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
