  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts or chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a muffin tin.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
  3. In another bowl, mix the mashed bananas, eggs, milk, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until combined. Add nuts or chocolate chips if desired.
  5. Divide the mixture evenly into the muffin tin cavities.
