- 1 cup mashed ripe bananas
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts or chocolate chips (optional)
