Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, cream the butter and sugars until fluffy.
  4. Add the egg, vanilla extract, and apple cider, mixing until combined.
  5. Gradually adds the flour mixture to the wet ingredients.
  6. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes.
