  • 12 sheets lasagne noodles
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for brushing

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the lasagne noodles according to package instructions, then drain.
  3. In a skillet, brown the ground beef and drain any excess fat.
  4. Add marinara sauce, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the beef. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. Take a lasagne noodle, spread a layer of ricotta, then add beef mixture and mozzarella cheese.
  6. Carefully fold the noodle into a taco shape and secure with a toothpick.
  7. Brush the tacos with olive oil and place them in the air fryer basket.
  8. Cook for 10 minutes or until golden and crispy.
  9. Remove from the air fryer and sprinkle with additional mozzarella before serving.
